Program Search

• Search by branch, primary category and secondary category, program #, keywords

Pre-Defined Billing

• The payment schedule includes a fixed deposit amount
• Ability to add a series of installments
• Payment options include statement and EFT

Ability to Pay Deposits

• Deposits are defined in the table file billing plan and processed using a miscellaneous charge code assigned to the program

Ability to Add One Time Registration Fee

• Table file parameter determines rules for collecting registration fees

Ability to Collect Down Payments

• Down payment or minimum amount due today requirements are defined in the table file billing plan

Suggestive Sales Table File

• Parameter that allows a branch to specify other programs to be presented to member during the registration process

Ability to offer Add-On Options

• Optional and mandatory add-ons will be presented with fee information to member after adding the program to gym bag. The description of add-on fees will be available again to the member during checkout

• Members will be prompted to log in using their email address and password
• Journal check at login
• Password will be emailed to members who forget their password

New Accounts

• Primary members can register for programs online
• Each association will determine if account is activated instantly or needs approval
• Email is sent to member services advisor with information about new accounts

• Member can view the last 30 days activities

My Account

• Ability to update contact & address information
• Limit the demographic fields the member can update and which fields are required
• Control members' changes activate instantly or need member services advisor approval

• Before selecting a program, the application will validate data with journals
• When a program is added, the slot is reserved for that specified time interval
