Microsoft PC
- Minimum OS Windows 7 SP1
- Install all available Microsoft fixes
- Latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari installed
- Internet access for each computer that will be connected to Protivity
Credit Card Processing Software
- Aquire merchant accounts
- One account for each branch or 1 for the association for front desk sales
- One account for web sales (Self Service)
- One account for EFT credit card Facility payment was setup
PAX S300 Credit Card Reading Device
- One device for each front desk payment terminal
- One device for each back office terminal which will be used to enter credit cards
- Each PAX device requires a ethernet connection
Self Service
- Redirect of current sales link to new Self Service site
Child Watch
- Dymo printer for wristband creation ‐ one for each Child Watch Facility
